Custom Watercolor Printing Color Matching Barrier
The client provided hand-painted floral drafts, and local printing factories in Australia failed to restore the soft gradient pink and lavender watercolor shades. Our pre-production design team adjusted CMYK color layers 8 times, precisely reproducing the transparent watercolor texture without color deviation, perfectly matching the brand’s gentle aesthetic positioning.
Custom Embossed Logo Craft Limit Problem
The client required subtle debossed LC logo on the box front, but thin folding carton paper was easy to crease during stamping. We upgraded to 300g coated art paper with reinforced greyboard liner, optimized the embossing mold pressure, and achieved clear, wrinkle-free brand deboss effect on lightweight folding boxes.
Batch Folding Structure Stability Requirement
The client needed flat-packed foldable boxes to save ocean shipping cost to Australia. We redesigned the auto-lock bottom structure, making the boxes easy to assemble by hand as shown in workshop photos, while maintaining solid bearing capacity for small floral gifts.
