This custom nail polish gel packaging box is a finished order from our long-term partner Recann, a famous professional nail care brand based in Hungary.

At the early cooperation stage, the customer had two core packaging troubles:

The original foam insert could not perfectly fix 3 bottles of base coat, anti-gravity gel and top coat; the nail bottles would shake and collide during cross-border long-distance transportation.

The brand needed matte black rigid boxes with gradient green logo printing, and they worried that ordinary printing crafts would cause color difference on mass products.

How Our Team Solved Client’s Problems Smoothly

We customized EVA pre-cut foam inserts with accurate slot sizes according to the dimension data of their 3 nail gel bottles. Each slot tightly wraps the bottle body to avoid scratch and collision in international shipping.

We offered free color proof samples first to confirm the green logo color matching before mass production. We adopted UV offset printing on matte black rigid paper to ensure zero color deviation for all bulk boxes.

We adjusted the box thickness to meet EU export logistics standards, making the whole set lightweight without losing texture.
